Machan AI provides access to a wide spectrum of industry-leading models to suit any task:

• Google Gemini: Our default, high-speed models (Flash & Pro) capable of massive context windows and complex reasoning.
• Claude 3.5 & 4.6 (Anthropic): Exceptional at intricate coding tasks, structured logic, and nuanced, human-like writing.
• Meta Llama 3 & 4: Powerful open-source powerhouses great for general tasks, robust reasoning, and reliable daily use.
• Specialized Models: We also feature Mistral, DeepSeek for deep logic, Qwen, xAI Grok, and Perplexity for search-grounded queries.

You can seamlessly switch models at any time during your session by clicking the Model Selector (the sparkles icon) located directly above the chat input box. Keep in mind that some premium models run on the Puter.js network and require a free connected Puter account.

Machan AI is built for developers. You can:

• Write Code: Ask Machan AI to write a function, build a component, or scaffold an entire project. Specify your language or framework (e.g., "Write a React hook for fetching data").
• Fix Errors: Paste your broken code and the error message into the chat. The AI will analyze it, point out the exact line causing the issue, and provide the corrected code.
• Syntax Highlighting: All code snippets are returned with beautiful syntax highlighting, making it easy to read.
• Live HTML Preview: If the AI generates HTML/CSS/JS, you can click the "Run Preview" toggle right inside the chat bubble to see the code execute live!

Machan AI is fully multilingual and automatically detects the language you are using.

You can chat in English, Spanish, French, Sinhala, Hindi, Mandarin, Japanese, German, and dozens of other languages. The AI preserves context and intent across languages, making it a perfect tool for translation, language learning, or native communication.

Image generation is fully integrated and automatic. Simply type a prompt indicating your desire for an image, such as:

• "Generate an image of a futuristic cyberpunk city."
• "Draw a realistic portrait of a cat riding a skateboard."
• "Create a logo for a coffee shop."

The AI detects your intent and routes the request to our advanced Hugging Face Flux models. Once the image appears, you can click the Download icon to save it directly to your device, or the Info icon to view the exact prompt the AI used to generate it.

You can attach files directly to the chat to analyze data, review code, or interpret visual information.

• Methods: Click the "+" icon next to the chat input bar and select "Attach File", or simply drag and drop files directly onto the chat window.
• Supported Formats: Images (PNG, JPG, WebP), Documents (PDF), plain text files, and almost all programming code files (.js, .py, .html, .cpp, etc.).
• Limits: You can upload a maximum of 10 files per message. Make sure individual files are reasonably sized to ensure fast processing and accurate results.

The Web Search feature allows Machan AI to browse the live internet to answer questions about recent events, news, or real-time data that isn't in its base training.

• Automatic Mode: If you ask about current events (e.g., "What is the stock price of Apple today?"), the AI will automatically activate search.
• Manual Mode: You can force Web Search by opening the "+" menu and toggling Search the Web.
• Citations: Web Search responses include clickable inline citations ([1], [2]) and a full source list with favicons at the bottom of the message so you can verify the information directly.

Yes! Machan AI is equipped with intelligent drafting tools designed for immediate sharing.

• Emails: If you ask to draft an email, the response will be formatted with a clear, editable Subject Line and Body. A quick-action dropdown allows you to open the draft directly in Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or your default mail client.
• Text Messages/SMS: If you request a text message, it will output a clean chat bubble format that you can share instantly via WhatsApp, Telegram, or your default SMS app with a single click.

Absolutely. Machan AI uses KaTeX rendering to cleanly display complex mathematical formulas, equations, and scientific notations right inside the chat window.

Just ask your math question (e.g., "Explain the quadratic formula" or "Solve this integral") and it will format the equations properly, making it an excellent tool for students and researchers.

Every message and code block comes with quick-action buttons for easy extraction:

• Copy Message: Hover over any AI response and click the copy icon to copy the formatted text.
• Copy Code: Every code block has a dedicated copy button in its header.
• Download Code: Next to the copy button on code blocks, there is a download icon to save the snippet directly as a file (e.g., script.js or index.html).
• Export Tables: Tables generated by the AI feature buttons to copy as plain text, copy as formatted rich-text, or download directly as a Word Document (.doc).

You can easily create a public, read-only link for any of your chats to share with friends, colleagues, or social media.

Open the left sidebar, click the three dots (...) next to the chat you want to share, and select "Share". You will have the option to share it under your name or completely anonymously. Once generated, you can copy the link or share it directly to platforms like Twitter, WhatsApp, Reddit, or LinkedIn.

Temporary Chat is a privacy-focused mode where your conversation is not saved to our database or your chat history.

You can activate it by clicking the glasses icon in the top header. While in this mode, the AI retains context for the current session, but the moment you close the chat, switch to a different chat, or refresh the page, the entire conversation is permanently wiped from memory.

Yes, you can edit any message you have sent to fix typos or change context.

Hover over your message bubble and click the pencil icon. This will bring the text back into the input box. Once you hit send, the AI will generate a new response based on your edited prompt, and all subsequent messages in that chain will be discarded to create a new timeline.

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Your account data and chat histories are securely stored in our Google Firebase database to allow you cross-device syncing.

We do not use your personal conversations to train our AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties. You maintain full ownership of your data and can permanently delete individual chats or your entire account at any time. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Machan AI integrates with the Puter.js user-pays network to provide access to highly expensive, premium models (like GPT-5, Claude Opus, and Llama 4) for free.

These models consume your free Puter API credits. If you use them heavily and exhaust your free quota, you will receive an "Insufficient Funds" error. To continue chatting, you can either:

• Switch back to our default models (like Gemini 2.5 Flash).
• Visit your Puter Dashboard to upgrade your account and add funds.

Open the left sidebar and click on your profile picture/name at the bottom. From the menu, select "Account Settings".

Here, you can update your display name, manage your custom API keys for Hugging Face or Gemini, view your connected accounts, or permanently delete your Machan AI account and all associated data.
